Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an issue increasingly intriguing in recent years. The interest in this field has been spreading to extensive research areas. Economists, sociologists, anthropologists, educators, psychologists and finance developers have been working about this issue. The studies in this field include such efforts that the definition of the concept the determination of the common characteristics of the people who are supposed to be “entrepreneurs” the determination of the factors that affect the emergence of entrepreneurial individual understanding the social impacts at entrepreneurship. It has not been done enough work on entrepreneurship in Turkey, although the importance of issues is increasing. Parallel development in information technology (IT) sector has been experienced. The goal of the study is to underline that the effect training IT sector and information entrepreneurs on Turkish national developments. In terms of emphasis importance, it is recommended that an IT entrepreneur is conceptualized as bilgirişimci. In our study, document analysis method was used. Within the framework of a general literature review of relevant information and data compiled, their importances in terms of economic development are emphasized.
