Sömürü, Koruma ve Pozitif Ayrımcılıktan Çalışma Hayatının Egemen Gücü Olmaya Doğru Kadınlar: 21.Yüzyıl ve Pembeleşen Çalışma Hayatı

Role of women in society has always been discussed extensively, and industrialization gave an impetus to more debates about women’s role in labor market. Women and children were always preferred because of their lower cost and meek nature. They are exploited as an alternative workforce to break down men’s monopoly. 21st century woman workforce was always exploited and oppressed. And now they are on the way of emancipation. Industrialization’s pace, cultural and educational development have exhibited that woman workforce is not an alternative but a mainstream workforce. This phenomenon emerged due to four reasons. These are technological advancement, sectoral alternation, judicial and socio-cultural changes. Everyone can portray lots of different future scenarios for women, because each scenario has its own justifications and testimonies. It is obvious that 21st century will be an enlightened era for women, as they are becoming more and more advantageous in new production-system, where esthetics and emotional intelligence plays more important role than physical power.
