Abstract

In article various aspects of the analysis of efficiency of a competition policy are considered. It is noted that now the system analysis in this relation isn’t carried out, available estimates suffer discrepancy, lack of completeness and low degree of reliability. Is shown that as it stands the competition policy on the basis of application of the antitrust law in its protective option can formally lead to decrease in values of criteria of efficiency in the form of indicators of economic concentration on the basis of what need of its transformation in the direction of giving of more active character locates.
