Abstract

There is no coherent global legal system for international strategic alliances, therefore, to these agreements should be applied norms of national legislation. However, it is often quite difficult to determine the law of the country of which of the partners should be guided by. At the national level may also arise contradictions between separate normative acts of different countries, which are in contradiction to each other. The main problem posed by the author in this article is to show and provide a comparative analysis of legislative measures aimed at regulation of activities of strategic alliances.
