The formation of labor market and improving the use of labor resources in agriculture sector of Armenia Republic

Abstract

Because of the uniqueness of Armenian agrarian sectors, agrarian labor market of RA passes on his ways and has its own distinctive lines, reflected in the sphere of low labor productivity, agriculture non-rational branch structure. The absence of the present rural unemployment is a result of a balanced supply and demand in the labor force, but the retarded structure of production high laborious, to some extent the artifical shortage of personnel. Complicated demographic situation, continued disaggregation process of agricultural production until recently the ongoing migration of youth from village, relatively low level of rural human resources and other continued negative phenomena give very specific picture of the formation of the rural labor market of RA. The State, is taking into account the experience of the advanced countries, will pay the priority attention to the employment active policy development and implementation issues of the agrarian labor market.
