System effectiveness of settlement of losses as a factor of competitiveness of insurance company in the regional market

Abstract

This article discusses the theoretical and methodical provisions for assessing the effectiveness of customer service system in paying insurance compensations, presented indicators to assess the effectiveness of the system of settlement of losses in the insurance company. On the basis of expert estimates defined evaluation scale specified indicators. In a formalized the integrated indi- cator of system performance. On the basis of the developed technique the assessment of system effectiveness of settlement of losses of one of the domestic insurance companies functioning in the regional market of insurance services of the Tyumen region is carried out.
