Evaluation of competitiveness of strategic management in the Russian hockey clubs

Abstract

The article describes the strategic «duality» of russian hockey clubs, reflecting combination of characteristics for both type: business and social and sports organizations. The framework of the «duality» forms the criteria for competitiveness of strategic club management: the quality of management, the quality of services and the ability to innovate, interact with sources of financing, the ability to attract, develop high quality human resources, corporate social responsibility. The article determines the methods of evaluation the competitiveness of strategic management. Using multicriteria based model allows to choose the best strategy. With a new measure of «weight of the Year» formula improves evaluation of the competitiveness strategy of the hockey club.
