Abstract

Article is devoted to a problem of competitiveness of the civil and municipal servants. Authors carried out the analysis of management by competitiveness of the personnel of the public and municipal service, and also the main directions of increase of efficiency of the public and municipal service are offered. So, in particular authors note that the modern public and municipal service should be open, competitive and prestigious, focused on productive activities of the civil and municipal servants for ensuring execution of powers of the state and municipal authorities, and should cooperate actively with institutes of civil society.
