Abstract

In this article expounded activity ways rise in the basis on Business Development Center, which encourage enterprise as an important element of social-economical system. The suggestions are given for using perspective interaction ways of small producing enterprising with big business as the major factor of development of the regional social-economic system. The authoress pays attention to the fact that smаll business can be supported by large enterprisers, which would be able to supply it for output arrange and competitive production producing.
