The government regulation of competitive environment of Russia at the present stage

Abstract

The issue analyzes and shows the necessity of government intervention in construction and operation of the competitive environment. The market failures and governmental failures which are to be in consider while different measures of government policy are executing. The evolution of Russian competition policy from antitrust regulation till the early start of competition policy and competitive environment policy is shown. The ways of reconstruction of government departments which are managing competition and competitive environment are proposed.
