Unity and competition of venture capital investments

Abstract

During its development, small innovative companies are faced with many challenges. There is question the lack of financial resources before the companies and entrepreneurs seeking a substantial growth, and competition is always quite hard. Then there is the problem of finding sources of funding. In addition, the innovative development companies, directly linked to the competencies of professionals working in these companies. In the venture business team is a key factor of success. The access to the most perspective projects is a key success factor for investors. In our days in Russia the number of interesting companies and projects is limited. Therefore, there is a serious competition among venture capital funds, development institutions and business angels for these projects. On the other hand, interaction and cooperation are needed between these parties for the development of entrepreneurial projects.
