Institutional and Economic Description of the Competitive Market Environment

Abstract

The evolution of theoretical points of view on the problem of competition definition starting of classical approach as the way of pricing regulation and reaching market equilibrium till the present approach as ordered institutional reference system is shown in the issue. Particular attention is paid to the concept of dynamic competition and competitive rationality. The study presents the author's vision of the economic category competitive environment, competitive interactions as a set of market agents to obtain competitive advantages, coordinated within the established institutional constraints. Proposed framework for addressing a category, described the subjects of the object. Found a place to the category business environment in the structure of the competitive environment.
