Abstract

The author analyzed the problem of developing and implementing strategies to improve the competitiveness of the organization. Attention is focused on legal support, standardization and methodological support, and also on resource and information support for developing and implementing this strategy. The author dwells on CALS - Information Technology of integration of all product life cycle processes. The author describes in detail the mechanism for implementing a strategy to improve the competitiveness of the organization, including its structure, principles and methods of organization processes to implement the strategy, in addition, The author considers control, auditing and management strategy.
