Communication Management as a factor in the competitiveness of the university in the educational market

Abstract

In this article, the author shows the importance of effective management of universities communications, as a factor of its competitiveness. The competitive advantages of high school are forming in the process of communication with all interested parties, which improves universities competitiveness in the educational market. The author deals with problems of ensuring the competitiveness of the university by management of communications with potential consumers of educational services, partners, business environment, competitors, public authorities and administration.
