Open management problems in recreation and fitness industry

Abstract

According some estimates, tine demand for tine fitness-related services lias grown substantially during the past 5 to 6 years in this country. The consumer culture has changed. A healthy life style and wellness are now trendy. However, there are 2 main factors that hamper the development of the many businessmen's interest in investing into fitness. Firstly, there is a lack of appropriate premises for lease and, according to the businessmen, the lease payments are too high. Secondly, the state bodies do not support sports and fitness industry systemically although it is clearly appropriate to make the fitness-related services accessible to the wide public.
