Abstract

Level playing field and meaningful cooperation between the state and society is one of the important conditions for the sustainable economic development of the country. In this regard, public- private partnership (PPP) projects are one of the topical subject in contemporary economic life of the country. International practices prove the fact of feasibility of such projects and attracting real extrabudgetary resource, and improving the efficiency of the country ‘s economy as a whole. Despite the advantages of PPP projects for both government and private businesses, some disadvantages have been identified that may cause some complexity in the implementation of these projects. But in any case, PPP projects are an excellent opportunity to bring the private sector into the state ‘s area of responsibility. These projects can also be considered as a tool to support business activities. Proposals are made to increase the attractiveness of PPP projects for private business. The need to carry out structural changes in state authorities, which will be aimed at the implementation of entrepreneurial projects with the introduction of public-private partnership mechanisms, is stressed.
