Ecological approach to strategic competition

Abstract

The article was written with the aim of reviewing the theoretical views of scientists regarding the establishment and development of business ecosystems.The article describes the stages of development of business ecosystems: birth, expansion, the struggle for leadership and renewal. Examples of the passage of these stages by different business ecosystems are shown.The article also demonstrates the application of the control questions method to develop a strategy for the formation and management of a business ecosystem.
