La Economia Social y Solidaria en Argentina frente a los desafios del Covid-19: iniciativas, politicas publicas y la contribucion al desarrollo

Abstract

El articulo da cuenta del estado de la situacion de la economia social y solidaria ante el Covid-19 en Argentina; analiza las politicas publicas implementadas para esta y las iniciativas que desplegaron los actores de este universo en el marco de la pandemia. Tambien se identifican aprendizajes sobre el papel de las iniciativas de la economia social y solidaria en este contexto y la contribucion al desarrollo y a la inclusion social. El articulo es de caracter descriptivo y explicativo. La metodologia es cualitativa. Las tecnicas de investigacion utilizadas consistieron en entrevistas y relevamientos de fuentes primarias y secundarias. Los resultados del articulo muestran que el Estado despliega diversos instrumentos para hacer frente al Covid-19 y que el sector presenta capacidad de innovacion y reconversion productiva, articulacion entre actores y brinda asistencia territorial y participa en politicas publicas.
