Abstract

The article outlines the phenomenon of pluralism and its challenges in modern and postmodern Western civilization. The pluralistic world is confronted with di?erent concepts of ethics and morality, which not so rarely trigger di?usions from which con?icts often derive. Practical philosophy can make a new constructive contribution through its neutral view on the modern pluralist world.
