Abstract

The following article is pointing subjects valid for each end every one company like the concept of synergy, the role of company competencies for creating synergy, synergy positive or negative effect; offers methodology of evaluation of synergy in the organization, as well as methodology of making profile of company competencies. The main point of the article is synergy and the influence which it has on the economic activities of the company. The other main point is the relation between synergy and company competencies as well as their importance for creation of strategy which offers products with additional value to the customers.
