Abstract

The oil industry as part of the energy sector is one of the key industries and driving force of all world economic processes, without which economic activity is now unthinkable. Price levels of liquid fuels are essential for Bulgarian economy because of their direct effect on it.The current report analyses the characteristics of retail fuel market in order to clarify the factors affecting price formation and the reasons for their volatility caused by the change in economic activity globally and nationally.
