Le management strategique: Les paradigmes principaux de la recherche

Abstract

Dans le domaine du management strategique, derriere une comprehension apparemment commune sur la strategie comme etant consistance organisationnelle dans le temps, on observe des differences considerables sur la façon dans laquelle la pensee est consideree liee a l’action, qui generent des interpretations contradictoires de la strategie. Ces considerables differences sont le resultat de visions distinctes sur la bonne explication theorique et de theories concurrentes de l’action, que l’on retrouve implicites dans les differentes perspectives en management strategique. Au moins deux ensembles disparates d’idees sur l’explication theorique cohabitent ainsi au sein de la recherche en management strategique, et, de la, au moins deux manieres tres heterogenes de construire des theories. De meme, deux theories concurrentes de l’action delimitent les divers courants de la recherche en management strategique. En identifiant ces differences d’idees, il est possible d’identifier au moins deux ensembles distincts de presuppositions ontologiques et epistemologiques qui caracterisent les courants principaux de la recherche en management strategique.
