Abstract

The appropriate development processes in a company require the acquisition of capital enabling the financing of undertakings and financial projects, taking into consideration the opportunities nowadays created by financial markets. They open new perspectives for financing the companies' development and flexible choice of financial market instruments with more complex structures. The article presents basic hybrid debt instruments with significance for the financial development as well as the factors and consequences relating to their choice.
