Abstract

The assumption made in this article is that the basic aim of entrepreneurs, in connection with the economic crisis, is using opportunities to reduce the costs of enterprise functioning. With regards to employment shaping, it is connected with such activities as reducing employment and replacing traditional employment contracts with other forms of employment. It is beneficial but at the same time it causes problems which can be analyzed both on the scale of an enterprise and of the whole market. The chosen aspects connected with this phenomenon are also discussed in the article.
