Zachowania pacjentow a wydatki na ochrone zdrowia. (Behavior of patients and health expenditure.)

Abstract

This paper focuses attention on the behavior of professional consumers and patients as rationalization of expenditures on health care. Personal prevention, health programs in enterprises are examples of actions to increase the efficiency of expenditure. Behavior of prosumers - professional consumers, can influence the development of new patterns of behavior in society. The role macro trends were discussed in this regard, the importance of the achievements of behavioral economics as well as ways to support patients from medical operators.
