Abstract

The paper presents the SYNAT project as a new venture to create in the country a universal, open, repositories hosting platform for networking and communication knowledge for science, education and open knowledge society, associated with the corresponding solutions in the world. This project is analyzed for its relationship with education systems in particular, e-education. Its implementation should contribute to the quality of education and thus contribute to a significant improvement in the Polish position in the European Union and the world.
