Abstract

Nowadays the foundation of a private company becomes a choice of the way of life and a professional career path. It makes one of the alternatives for a regular job. This path is more often chosen by young and usually well-educated people. They want to put their own ideas into practice. They also want to have freedom in the process of making decisions. In case the foundation of a private company is a dream-come true, the path to success seems to be not so laborious. In today's reality the entrepreneurs who have a passion for business can influence the process of business socialization of a young generation. They present a good example for development of youth's entrepreneur posture and economic activity. Their success on the market teaches that engagement and passion make a key to career prospects. They simultaneously create conditions for social progress through bringing up active individuals showing their initiative. Through contacts with the entrepreneurs the young people can orient their vision as well as find their future business partners. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the impact of entrepreneurial activities with a passion for stimulation of young people. In this paper the author focuses on the passion as the primary factor that motivates the individual to establish and run a business and promotes involvement in ambitious projects. In the paper, the author relies on the literature, business reports and own research projects.
