Abstract

Artykuł odnosi się do problematyki tworzenia branżowych, regionalnych społeczności elektronicznych. W niniejszych rozważaniach analizie poddano możliwości budowy regionalnych społeczności elektronicznych w środowiskach muzyków i instytucji muzycznych. W praktyce wspomniane społeczności mogą obejmować znacznie szersze kręgi użytkowników, m.in. potencjalnych interesariuszy, którzy są zaangażowani w życie środowisk muzycznych. W artykule zaprezentowano możliwe modele konstrukcji Elektronicznych Społeczności Kulturalnych. Zaproponowano trzy modele podstawowe, a mianowicie model: oddolny (społeczność tworzona z inicjatywy muzyków), instytucjonalny (budowany przez wybraną instytucję kulturalną) oraz rządowy (tworzony przez organy państwa lub samorządu na zasadach fakultatywnych lub obligatoryjnych).
