Specyfika negocjacji w projektach informatycznych dla administracji publicznej

Abstract

Przedmiot rozważań stanowią negocjacje w zarządzaniu projektami informatycznymi dla administracji publicznej. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie specyficznych cech takich negocjacji, wyodrębnienie ich rodzajów oraz scharakteryzowanie problemów występujących podczas prowadzenia tych negocjacji w praktyce. Po pierwsze, omówiono ogólne cechy i rodzaje negocjacji projektowych. Po drugie, przedstawiono cykl życia projektu informatycznego dla administracji publicznej. Po trzecie, określono specyficzne cechy negocjacji w kontekście cyklu życia takiego projektu. Po czwarte, zidentyfikowano wpływ negocjacji na efekty tego projektu. Wreszcie, przedstawiono syntezę rozważań i wskazano kierunki dalszych badań w omawianym obszarze.
