Abstract

The paper regards a suggested evolution of an obligatory approach to the execution of ICT projects connected with healthcare services in Poland. A problem especially interesting for the authors is a postulated acceptability of proceedings from the ranks of workers, realized in local medical units (hospitals, clinics etc.). The paper is rather an extended form of formulating a question in that matter (that is why a question mark in the title), than an attempt to provide a valid opinion on the problem.
