Development of information society in Poland and Ukraine: comparative analysis

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to attempt the study level of information and development of the information society in Poland and in Ukraine and to conduct their comparative analysis. The legal and organizational foundations of the information society of the two countries were researching, comparatively accessible administrative services for users through the Internet, the number of users that have been connected to the Internet, and the comparison of data on the export and import of teleinformatical goods have been investigated.
