Abstract

There are many methodologies for calculating risk in the implementation of projects. The authors of the article present the chosen method for the estimation, which is tailored to the individual needs of a team performing IT projects and is the resultant of the recommended methods of risk analysis. At the same time, they make an attempt to study how the selected group of risks affect projects, what is the difference between them and what the levels of risk and the effects of risk are, depending on the character of a project, the type of the customer, the type of implementation or complexity of a team.
