Abstract

ICT is one of the key factors in enabling organizations to control the flow of information and coordinate the execution of business processes. The paper presents the problem of management of ICT in the National Security System of the Republic of Poland (SBN RP). The presented issues cover the following areas: the development of IT strategy, integrated IT governance and management of the SBN RP, and a proposal to use the TIME model for managing a portfolio of technologies used within the SBN RP.
