Abstract

In order to effectively carry out the digital transformation of the state, it is necessary to use the correct methodological tools. One of the tools that could be used to support the management of this transition is a state enterprise architecture. This article attempts to define this concept as well as presenting the author’s metamodel, which allows for the uniform application of the concepts used for architectural diagrams. This makes it possible to build a consistent description of the state in terms of architecture.
