The use of modern electronic communication platforms as a form of cooperation between poviat employment agencies and social welfare centres

Abstract

The article is a presentation of selected results of studies which the author carried out in poviat employment agencies and social welfare centres between June and December 2013. The study concerned the scope of collaboration between the said offices in providing services to their shared customers, especially using a modern, electronic communication platform, which constitutes the actual implementation of the idea of e-government.
