Analiza przestrzennego zróżnicowania wynagrodzeń w Polsce w latach 2009-2012

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest analiza przestrzennego zróżnicowania wynagrodzeń przeciętnych według powiatów w Polsce w okresie 2009-2012. W opracowaniu wykorzystano metody GIS i ESDA w celu wizualizacji danych oraz identyfikacji interakcji przestrzennych zachodzących w kształtowaniu się wynagrodzeń w powiatach. Podjęto również próbę budowy wielorównaniowego modelu regresji przestrzennej, w którym dodatkowo wprowadzono obrazy przestrzenne zmiennych niezależnych. Zastosowanie modelu jako narzędzia analizy danych panelowych umożliwiło sformułowanie wniosków na temat wpływu wybranych zmiennych ekonomicznych na kształtowanie się wynagrodzeń przeciętnych w Polsce w badanym okresie, przy jednoczesnym uwzględnieniu oddziaływania aspektów przestrzennych.
