Abstract

This essay pretends to summarize the papers presented at the Session 2 at the 5ft. Seminar on Agrarian History (Santiago de Compostela, October 1992). This essay pretends to summarize the papers presented at the Session, and to put forward some reflections on the meaning of labour and consumption patterns, in the context of agrarian change related to market behaviour.
