Abstract

This paper seeks to identify and analyze forms of work organization characteristic of IT firms from theoretical and methodological perspectives, and also by studying the Argentine case. It develops an analytical framework that consists of six constitutive factors of work organization (autonomy, participation, teamwork, control, flexibility and skill acquisition), the relationships between them and their specificities in the IT sector.
