El Aedl Como Instrumento Del Desarrollo Local En Galicia. Análisis De Su Perfil

Abstract

El agente de empleo y desarrollo local surge en la década de los 80, debido a la crisis económica que por aquel entonces predominaba en España. Hoy en día, se han convertido en una pieza clave para las administraciones públicas y otras instituciones donde realizan su labor profesional cuyas funciones principales son la dinamización económica del territorio, fomentar el crecimiento económico de la zona y el desarrollo local, y que ello se traduzca en un incremento del empleo y una mejora de las condiciones de vida de las áreas geográficas donde trascienda su actuación. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo el análisis de la figura del agente de empleo y desarrollo local, así como las políticas de desarrollo local y promoción económica. A continuación, se identificará AEDL en Galicia desde su origen realizando un estudio en su trayectoria profesional hasta la actualidad. Se analizará el perfil del AEDL gallego: género, edad media, nivel de estudios, coste laboral anual medio para la entidad, tipo de contrato, funciones realizadas. Finaliza el estudio con las conclusiones obtenidas en el análisis. The agent of employment and local development appears in the 80’s due to the economic crisis existing in Spain those years. Nowadays, they have become a key piece for the public administrations and other institutions where they develop their role. This would consist on the economic revitalization of the territory, supporting the economic growth of the area and the local development and transforming it into the increase of employment and the improvement of life conditions in those geographical areas where their acts transcend.The present study has the objective of analysing the figure of the agent of employment and local development as well as the politics of local progression and economic promotion. After that, the AELD of Galicia will be identified since its origin studying its professional career until today. The profile of the Galician AELD will be analysed: gender, average age, level of studies, average annual cost for the entity, type of contract and functions performed. The study will conclude with the conclusions obtained from the analysis.
