Analysis And Characterization Of The Plans And Formative Models In The Spanish Aquaculture

Abstract

The investigation analyzes and characterizes differentially plans and formative models in the Spanish aquacultural companies; it centres on the strategic own decisions of the formation of human resources. After the review of the literature there is studied the degree of proactivity/reactivity of the above mentioned formation, the managerial implication, the private expense and the type of demanded knowledge; the above mentioned analyses try to identify homogeneous or differentiated behaviours by cultures and subsectors, even searching spatial patterns; appearing five hypotheses which contrast and check was realized through the SPSS 19 program. Since result significant differences are identified by subsectors and/or cultures; this way the suppliers and piscicultural producers present a marked proactivity, major participation and implication in the assumption of expense and differential demanded knowledge with regard to other subsectors and/or cultures.
