The Origin Of The Character Of The Common Fisheries Policy: Some Exceptional Cases
The main problems which arose from the EU fishing sector regulation does not seem to have been solved by the new Common Fisheries Policy. It even seems to be a consensus among experts as to whether the main focus in the design of that policy is not new but rather continuity with the objectives of the previous stage.
