Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of changes due to the influence of digitalisation in the sphere of employment and socio-labour relations. The author considered various estimates of the size of technological unemployment as a result of automation and robotisation of the production of goods and services. Also, the author presented the strategic development goals of the Russian Federation and developed by the government the national projects in 12 areas. In particular, the author analysed the project “Productivity and employment support”, which fully or partially reflect most of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) adopted at the UN General Assembly. The article presents the possible directions of the government’s activity and the main actions that will contribute to economic growth. The article emphasises the need to accelerate the adaptation of Russian education to the changes taking place in the economy, the use of new training technologies and best teaching practices, the introduction of new forms of cooperation between the state and business in the field of training and retraining of personnel. Статья посвящена анализу изменений в сфере труда и социально-трудовых отношений под влиянием цифровизации. Рассматриваются различные оценки размеров технологической безработицы в результате автоматизации и роботизации производства товаров и услуг. Автор пишет о стратегических целях развития Российской Федерации и разработанных Правительством национальных проектах по 12 направлениям, в частности о проекте «Производительность труда и поддержка занятости», которые полностью или частично отражают большинство целей устойчивого развития (ЦУР), принятых на Генеральной ассамблее ООН. В статье приводятся возможные направления деятельности Правительства и основных действий, которые будут способствовать экономическому росту. Подчеркивается необходимость ускорения адаптации российского образования к происходящим в экономике переменам, использования новейших технологий обучения и лучших педагогических практик, внедрения новых форм сотрудничества государства и бизнеса в области подготовки и переобучения персонала.
