Abstract

Today internet banking can be called one of the most perspective ways of granting financial retail products. The innovative solutions proposed by nowdays created financial companies make essential impact on shift of customer priorities and expactations and keep traditional banks under pressure.In article the author opened a perspective of the current position of banks. There is a set of the risks and stop factors which have put the financial organizations in a certain framework and have not allowed to lower operational expenses due to influence of geographical, temporary and human factors.The technological orientation from banks towards banking by means of remote systems of service is shift of focus on key tendencies of development of the banking sector, such as: orientation to certain segments, development of financial brokering, automation of labor-intensive and expensive processes, modernization of infrastructure of services and systems, strengthening of a strategic role of data and analytics.The understanding of the key directions of development of the banking sector promotes increase of efficiency of activity of banks and loyalty of clients. Электронный банкинг сегодня можно назвать одним из самых перспективных способов предоставления финансовых розничных продуктов. Инновационные решения, предлагаемые вновь создаваемыми финансовыми компаниями, оказывают существенное воздействие на смещение приоритетов и ожиданий потребителей и держат традиционные банки под давлением.В статье автором раскрыта проблематика текущего положения банков. Существует множество рисков и стоп-факторов, ставящих финансовые организации в определенные рамки и не позволяющих снизить операционные издержки за счет влияния географических, временных и человеческих факторов. Технологическая направленность от банков в сторону банкинга посредством удаленных систем обслуживания - это смещение фокуса на ключевые тенденции развития банковского сектора, такие как: ориентация на определенные ниши, развитие финансового посредничества, автоматизация трудоемких и дорогостоящих процессов, модернизация инфраструктуры сервисов и систем, усиление стратегической роли данных и аналитики. Понимание ключевых направлений развития банковского сектора способствует повышению эффективности деятельности банков и лояльности клиентов.
