Abstract

E-mail: marina.fadeeva.o@gmail.comРассматривая историю создания в 1902 г. в Московском университете Профессорского дисциплинарного суда и его деятельности, автор переосмысливает место студенчества в российском обществе того времени. Студенты подчинялись и общей для подданных системе права, и университетским уставам и правилам, и находились под особым контролем полиции. Анализируя правовое поле, в котором оказались студенты, реконструируя механизм судопроизводства в Профессорском дисциплинарном суде и восстанавливая по архивным материалам конкретные судебные случаи, автор прослеживает, как отразились на студентах изменения политики - курс властей на дисциплинирование. Студенты университета, представшие перед Профессорским дисциплинарным судом, были уличены в нарушении норм административного права (чаще в нарушении общественной тишины и появлении на улице в нетрезвом виде) и университетской жизни (от передачи именного пропуска в университет другому лицу до подделки подписи преподавателя).
