E-mail: nv.t yurina@rian.ruПредложены принципы и техника оценки организаций высшего образования, в основу которых положена востребованность организации, измеряемая запросом на производимые ею продукты. В качестве конечных продуктов выступают подготовленные специалисты, проектные, технико-технологические разработки и результаты научных исследований. Каждый из нихимеет своего потребителя. Предполагается, что организация ресурсов вуза - материальное оснащение, кадровое и организационно-управленческое устройство - обеспечивает соответствующий уровень его востребованности. Изложенные принципы оценки организаций высшего образования положены в основу рейтинга вузов.
