Abstract

E-mail: tipenko@cmprog.orgНа основе данных, полученных в ходе электронного мониторинга, проанализированы сложившиеся в 2013 г. и в предшествующие годы тенденции в оплате труда учителей, дается сравнение со средней по экономике регионов заработной платой. С помощью индексов бюджетных расходов сопоставлены уровни заработных плат в субъектах Федерации. Обсуждаются особенности региональных политик в области формирования стимулирующих выплат как инструмента влияния на качество образования. Прослеживается изменение нагрузки учителей как одного из показателей интенсивности труда. Дана оценка влияния состояния региональных бюджетов и проводимой федеральной трансфертной политики на перспективы повышения заработной платы учителей в разных группах регионов.DOI: 10.17323/1814-9545-2014-4-148-168
