Анализ Состояния Сферы Дополнительного Профессионального Образования

Abstract

Материал подготовлен заведующей отделом статистики образования Института статистических исследований и экономики знаний НИУ ВШЭ О. К. Озеровой и старшим научным сотрудником Центра статистики и мониторинга образования Института статистических исследований и экономики знаний НИУ ВШЭ кандидатом экономических наук Д. Р. Бородиной.Представлен анализ статистических показателей, характеризующих один из сегментов рынка образовательных услуг - дополнительное профессиональное образование, а также финансовые стратегии руководителей образовательных организаций. На базе данных федерального статистического наблюдения по форме № 1-кадры "Сведения о дополнительном профессиональном образовании работников в организациях" (последние отчетные данные за 2010 г.) приводятся сведения о численности прошедших обучение, о возрастной и половой структуре данного контингента, а также о численности обучающихся среди работников разных категорий, о предпочитаемых формах обучения (с отрывом или без отрыва от производства) и длительности обучения. По данным комплексного наблюдения условий жизни населения, проведенного Росстатом в сентябре 2011 г., проанализировано участие населения в дополнительном образовании.
