Ленинская слобода, д. 19. Изменение обстоятельств взросления современных детей по сравнению с условиями, в которых росли их родители, трактуется как углубление "кризиса детства". Подчеркивается необходимость новых исследований в области психологии развития, которые применяли бы культурно-исторический подход на современном материале. Представлены два эмпирических исследования: сюжетно-ролевой игры дошкольников на основе современных мультсериалов и подросткового чтения на материале книг Дж. Роулинг. Показано, что игра современных дошкольников обладает развивающим потенциалом, а ее сюжеты воспроизводят сложные коллизии в отношениях между людьми. Исследование причин популярности книг о Гарри Поттере обнаружило особую чувствительность подростков к характеристикам действия - яркого, героического, с неизвестным результатом.
