Школы, Эффективно Работающие В Сложных Социальных Контекстах

Abstract

Представлены результаты исследования, проводившегося Институтом развития образования НИУ ВШЭ в течение двух лет, в 2009-2011 гг. Целью исследования, посвященного проблеме неравенства в образовании, было установить причины формирования сегмента школ с устойчиво низкими образовательными результатами, разработать методы и инструменты, позволяющие диагностировать их проблемы и дефициты, спроектировать модельные программы, обеспечивающие переход школы в эффективный режим работы. Исследование опиралось на статистический анализ широкого массива данных, касающихся кадровых и материальных ресурсов, учебных результатов, контекстных характеристик 1500 школ в трех регионах РФ. Оно включало также углубленную диагностику выборки из 20 школ, в фокусе которой были школьные образовательные стратегии. Для анализа школьной образовательной политики и стратегий применялась модель эффективной школы. Исследование осуществлялось в сотрудничестве со специалистами Института образования Лондонского университета.DOI: 10.17323/1814-9545-2011-4-148-177
