Социальные Реформы В Современной Германии: Проблема Неравенства В Системе Образования

Abstract

На основе анализа публикаций немецких социологов, посвященных проблемам развития образования в условиях современной трансформирующейся Германии, рассматривается положение трех проблемных социальных групп: иммигрантов и детей из их семей; представителей социально уязвимых слоев (лиц с ограниченными возможностями, а также заключенных и тех, кто освободился из мест заключения); различных категорий женщин. Гендерная проблематика в системе образования касается вопросов профессионального обучения и повышения квалификации одиноких матерей, равных возможностей в построении научной карьеры. Основной вывод, сделанный немецкими социологами: система образования объединенной Германии перестала выполнять свою основную функцию - создавать предпосылки для того, чтобы социальный успех человека определялся его способностями, настойчивостью и энергией. Вместо этого уже на этапе общеобразовательной школы действуют механизмы скорее нисходящей, чем восходящей социальной мобильности.DOI: 10.17323/1814-9545-2011-1-125-142
